Unable to purchase VOLT theme & layout

Hi,

My companies purchasing department are having difficulty purchasing the Volt theme and layout. The message below is presented. The credit is valid. Any thoughts?
Error processing credit card transaction. The value of this transaction has not been withdrawn from your card account.

Possible reasons:
* card is not active for secure online transactions;
* authorization data is invalid or incomplete;
* temporary error occurred while processing payment

Yes, have tried the American Express option, but still the same error.

Hi,
Have check with our financial institution, they are not seeing the transaction being lodged. Are other Amex uses being processed?
