PF 6.1.RC2 + Extensions 6.1.0-SNAPSHOT

We have cut SNAPSHOT releases of PFE 6.1.0-SNAPSHOT which is compatible with the Primefaces 6.1.RC2 release if anyone would like to do any testing.
