summer sale discount

This is not a technical question but related to the current 25% off summer sale. I'm trying to purchase the extended licence for the Ecuador theme, but all themes appear to be showing as full price even when I attempt to buy it and get to the point of putting in my card details. Is there something silly I'm missing to see the discount, or is the actual price of Ecuador $653.33 USD and the discounted price is $490 USD?
