Trouble with Install

New PF user here, bought the license and not making any progress.
I think I have found all the documentation that is available, but no luck for this JSF beginner.

What is the meaning of the "tag" directory?
What are the simple steps to get an instance running of the demo?

What is the meaning of the "tag" directory?

- it is our sample maven project with source codes. You can open it in IDE. Please try the following command to run the sample;

sass --update src/main/webapp/resources/ --sourcemap=none
mvn clean jetty:run

I'm trying to start the sample app from IntelliJ but during the deployment I run into an:

I couldn't replicate it. Could you please try to run tag folder? OR please open war file then run it.
