There is no JSF component to do that so you will need to do it with JS using that Bootstrap Tour or similar JS library.

Can someone create a component for it in primefaces extensions?
I have not the knowledge for that, sorry.

Then create a JSF component by yourself and sponsor it to PrimeFaces Extensions
