NanoScroller.js should be replaced

Looks like JQuery Migrate plugin is reporting nanoscroller is using "bind" and "unbind" instead of new Jquery "on" and "off".

When I looked that up nanoscroller appears no longer supported and they recommend OverlayScrollbars instead: https://github.com/KingSora/OverlayScrollbars

We'll decide it and get back to you. But, we think of removing nanoscroller api and using the native scroll of browser. As you know, they are faster.
