No, it isn't compatible but we planned to upgrade to v10 after the release PrimeNG 10.0 final.

I tried to update both to be in version 10 (angular and primeng), but there seems to be a serious problem with the graphics.

Ultima 9 works fine with Angular 10 but not with PrimeNG 10.
Ultima 10 must be refactored to PrimeOne in order to be compatible with PrimeNG 10
