How to use landing page of theme

Newbie here.
I have one of the prime react themes.
Is the landing page meant to be used, or is it just a demo of what can be done?

For example, if I wanted to take the landing page, modify it, and use it as a 'main page', with the App sitting in another 'route', is it a matter or routing from the AppWrapper?
If so, this leads to a problem accessing files outside of the src folder.
Do I just copy the page (and associated css) inside the src folder?

Any pointers?
