Is ref accessible on form components

Is the attribute ref (React.RefObject) available on form components so that React-hook-validator can be used with PrimeReact?

I think they expect the given ref value to be assigned to the DOM element in the component. I made some changes in 6.0.2. If the problem persists after being released in 6.0.2, can you create an issue on Github?
