Table filters: new feature

Hello,



I have problem with new filters.

When I press 'Add rule' filter is triggered with null as value. It means a lot if you target backend for data, especially when I set 'match any' as default operator. There was another problem which I solved.


Also, I have one question. Is there good and correct way to disable filtering on input, and to make button to do filtering when user chooses all filters he wants.

How did you end of solving this?

I also use lazy loading and when the user hits "add rule" that triggers the load event. seems like a bug to me. The filter menu should not trigger the load event until "Apply" or "Clear" is clicked.
