SCSS Compiling on Install

Hi,

Is there a way to integrate the SCSS compilation into ng serve so we don't have to run the additional sass watch command? This would be helpful for first time builds and prevent having to run dual terminals.

This issue is not related to PrimeNG or Avalon. You can use official Angular documentation for CLI commands https://angular.io/cli
