JDBC .jar in rounin project

I buyed rounin Layout + Theme and the project rounin is linked to a maven repository(http://repository.primefaces.org)

Can I add some .jar to the primefaces repository?, I need to do a ORACLE connection using JDBC driver and I`m with difficult do to.
