Cant access images in layout

Hi, I have an issue that there is a css statement which background-image property set to background-image: url(/siberia/javax.faces.resource/images/exceptions/mask-login.png.xhtml?ln=siberia-layout); in layout-yana.css but browser can not get it.

Also I tried to get it explicitly and couldnt . It says forbidden. I put the related screenshots on this issue.

I couldn't replicate it at https://www.primefaces.org/siberia/login.xhtml. Could you please check 'mask-login.png' file in your project?
